I love the huge slices and thin crust at Goodfellas. This slice is pretty close to what you'll find in NYC. Prices are great, especially when you get a lunch combo or their Monday night half price personal pies.

As with most pizza, this stuff is best eaten fresh out of the oven (or reheated in their big pizza ovens). I've found that takeout pies lose some of their luster after the 15-20min of travel time when you finally get to eat. Just hunker down in the restaurant and enjoy the pizza off the flimsy paper plates like a real New Yorker.

Started by 2 friends from Lexington Kentucky, I was happy when some late night food options came to our lovely city. Honestly I have always been to the mass ave location and never the broadripple location until this week.
Found on the main drag, you'll notice an Italian flag hanging off the building, the inside is on the small side, but I had no issues with placing my order and grabbing a seat to eat and didn't even have to toss an elbow.
You can get a slice or a whole pizza, the slices are you traditional choices and then they have other specialty picks as well.
I decided to go with a pepper meat combo and I'm happy that I expanded my horizons and tried something new. It was delicious! I'm partial to the nyc style slice so it was perfect.
You can get breadsticks and dipping sauces and desserts the prices are cheap but that doesn't effect quality. This is a place I'll visit for as long as I'm able

Huge slices, quick service. Open late on Fridays. Will be going back.

    Friendly staff.

I'm wondering whether a more appropriate name for Goodfellas would be The Godfather Part III, because my experience was as disappointing as that movie. First of all, everyone needs to know: THERE ARE NO TABLES AT THIS RESTAURANT! I'm shouting because this is very important and not mentioned on their website. I'm trying to save you the trouble of walking in, like I did with my family, only to discover that there are six barstools and that's it. There's barely room in there to order. So don't come here thinking you're going to order a calzone, drink a beer and relax. This is a to-go place.

Speaking of calzone, the calzone was the reason why we visited. We were in the mood for a calzone. But after we ordered, the guy behind the counter let us know it takes at least 30 minutes to make them. Uh ... OK? I guess I'll go walk around outside where it's cold until it's done? Because there was nowhere to wait because people were sitting at the six barstools. So we got pizza slices instead, which were available and didn't require a wait.

The pizza was just OK, and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Same with the breadsticks. The breadsticks are huge -- about a foot long. The pizza slices are huge, too -- about the equivalent of two regular pizza slices. Breadsticks come with a sauce. The guy asked me what kind of sauce I wanted, and then stared at me instead of letting me know what kind they offer. So I stared at him and picked marinara, hoping they had that kind (they did). I guess I'm just supposed to know what kind of sauces they have? What the heck, dude.

I'm still determined to try their calzone, so next time I come, I know how to minimize my frustration: call ahead and order, then pick it up to go. I suggest you do the same!

Fast, massive, and delicious!! We needed a quick lunch and had a pizza craving.  Their lunch specials were fantastic, choice of a main, a side, and a drink for under $7!
The pizza slice is a massive New York style , thin and slightly crispy with that foldable ability.  The bread stick was nearly comically huge! I little too tough but still good.

I really enjoyed that there was a huge dipping sauce selection, alfredo-they have alfredo sauce!

My only sadness was that the pizza was just a little under as warm as I'd like.  Overall a great fast place for lunch or a late night snack in the broad Ripple.
